The management of the TAP (Trans Africa Pipeline) for the lower Sahara water system has invited the JV to participate in the energy and water desalination projects. The initial pilot is planned in west Africa in the next two years.
New unique design of a “Black-Box” approach to energy and water has been developed for the state of California. The proposed system will utilize all the Waste stream of a community and its waste water and supply fresh (Desalinated) water and electricity at an attractive price. Initial steps have been taken with the city of Los Angeles to be the first pilot.
ARC is tasked to build a 1,000 MTD of unsorted MSW at the Evron Landfill. The design calls for two MiniMRF lines and a Lindner RDF production station. The RDF ill be sold to coal fired power plants in Europe to reduce the carbon emissions. Later on the company is planning on utilizing the RDF to produce bio-DME in Israel for both transportation and LPG replacement.
As part of the world wide operation in WTE projects, the two companies decided to sign a binding JV agreement to work together on the various projects. While EIL will represent the JV in the USA and Canada, ARC will represent the JV exclusively to the rest of the world.
